Well&Boulder is a physician-led health and performance center in Boulder, CO. We offer integrated Sports Medicine, Concierge Women's Health, Strength Studio small group & 1-on-1 personal training, Clinical Psychology, Restorative Aesthetics, Sports Nutrition, and Mental Performance Coaching.
How do I book an appointment?
You can easily schedule your visit directly online by clicking the "Book Online" button at the top of the page or visiting our Booking Page. From there, select your desired provider or service—including Strength Studio training, Sports Medicine, Women's Health, Psychology, Restorative Aesthetics, Nutrition, and Mental Performance Coaching—to view real-time availability and reserve your appointment.
Do I need a doctor's referral to book an appointment?
No, a physician referral is not required. You can self-refer and schedule a consultation or session directly with any of our physicians, providers, or studio coaches.
What should I expect during my first visit?
Your initial consultation is a comprehensive assessment where our providers take the time to understand your unique health history, concerns, and goals. We believe in a personalized approach, so expect an in-depth conversation rather than a rushed appointment.
Do you accept insurance?
Well&Boulder operates as a direct care practice, as insurance does not typically cover the services we offer. We are cashless and accept various forms of electronic payment such as HSAs/FSAs or credit/debit cards. Payment plans may be available upon request.
Can I use HSA or FSA funds for my appointments?
Yes, Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards are accepted for eligible medical evaluations, sports medicine consultations, physical therapy, and clinical care.
